Retro Cat and Furniture Art Print - 5 x7 Inch and 8 x 10 Inch
Inspiration for this series of digital art prints was through observing during home isolation of Covid 19 pandemic. There was more time to take stock and just look at my surroundings. I noticed how my cat would seamless blend in with our home décor. At times, Cats almost seem like they are statues contributing to our home decoration. However, with this in mind, at the same time they emit an air of ownership of the house.
This piece included some retro looking furniture. The lamp is a lucky charity shop find and the wingback chair is new with an old style. The irony is that this is our reading corner but the illiterate cat has taken ownership. The colours I have chosen for the furniture are colours that I am always drawn to ; blue and green. I just love how the background pink colour contrasts with the furniture colours and the neutrals of the cat.
Blue Green Girl prints are printed on exceptional Archival Matt paper (192gsm). The inks used are of Archival quality and with treatment as per the manufactures’ recommendations, lifespan of the print is 100 years.
Professional care and attention is taken with transferring your print to your home. Packaging of these prints are with a stiff card backing and a waterproof cello bag. Preservation of the flatness of the print is achieved with shipping it in a rigid mailer.
These prints come unframed so you can tailor choose your own frame. Due to the convenient 8 x 10 inch size, framing options are varied.
